Sea of Glass

This oceanfront paradise, Kai Aniani or Sea of Glass, is located on the dreamy North Shore of Oahu in Waialua, Hawaii. Completely remodeled in 2018, this A-frame home will blow you away with its wall-to-wall windows showing off the north-facing open ocean and 70 feet of sandy beach. To the south, the front of the home faces the tallest mountain peak on the island, Mount Ka'ala. The house is gated and privately set on a cul de sac with a ring system and protected locks for added security.

The main floor of the house is situated on an elevated platform which intensifies the spectacular ocean views from every window. As you walk into the home through the double front doors, you will be blown away by the vaulted ceilings, lighting features, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, and natural light pouring into the home. The great room offers an incredible open floor plan with an ultra-modern kitchen with Wolf/Sub Zero appliances, a breakfast bar and a 10-foot waterfall island with seating for four, a spectacular dining area, two living rooms, and a 55 foot covered deck. With each step, you will be dazzled by the details and high-end finishes throughout. The expansive deck features couches and incredibly plush lounge seating for everyone to enjoy.

The Aqua Master Suite features a king-sized poster bed with sweeping views of the ocean and deck access along with a sitting area and modern en suite with a large glass shower and his/ her sinks.

The Ocean Master Suite is similar to the Aqua Master with extensively lavish finishings, including a king-sized poster bed, seating area, and panoramic ocean views upon waking. The en suite boasts a soaking tub, two-person shower, double vanity, and a water closet.

The Sky Guest Suite faces the mountains and features a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom.

A fourth bedroom, The Marine Guest Bedroom and Loft, follows a nautical theme and faces the mountains with two twin beds. A sleeping loft is accessible through the hallway ladder and looks over the room. A perfectly convenient fourth bathroom is also located in the hallway.

The luxuries continue on the home's ground level with an incredible lounge and bar area complete with a projector screen for movie nights and a powder bathroom. The open-air living option allows you to walk out onto the grassy yard that has plenty of seating options to relax and room to run. A laundry room with two washers and two dryers is located on this floor, along with a storage room for bikes, boards, snorkeling gear, and kayaks, all generously available for guests to enjoy.

The Seaside Studio is a bonus space located on the lower level. This space is a genuine surprise with a complete kitchen, living room, cozy bed, and another full bathroom. The outdoor seating and shower add luxuries that you will enjoy thoroughly after a day well spent on the beach.

Beyond the home, there is an adventure to be had in every direction. Oahu is known as the gathering place and welcomes tourists to skydive, swim with sharks, or hike through tropical terrain with views that will take your breath away. Less than a 10-minute drive away, the charming beach town of Haleiwa is filled with fantastic shopping and dining options and offers relaxing vibes for a night on the town.
