This three-bedroom, four-bathroom paradise is an easy walk to the best of Fort Lauderdale on Los Olas Blvd with its prime location in Victoria Park. With a 53-foot lighted, heated, saltwater pool in a private, professionally landscaped yard, you may never want to leave the property.

Upon entering the family room, you will immediately notice the vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, and cozy decor where you will gather with guests in the evenings. This charming home exudes indoor/outdoor living at its finest, with the fireplace extended to the back patio, gorgeous outdoor living and dining spaces, and a pristine pool where you can unwind. You'll love the new custom fountain with its relaxing sounds. At night you can customize the colors of the pool just the way you want them right from the supplied tablet. The pool is heated at no extra charge to a balmy 86 degrees.

The gourmet kitchen is stunning. Fully equipped to handle any feast, the six-burner gas stove, wine cooler, walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, and eat-in bar will delight your inner chef.
The fourth bedroom of the main floor has been converted into a comfortable state-of-the-art theater room with 120" screen and comfortable leather sectional seating. So when you aren't entertaining by the pool, whip up a bucket of popcorn and be ready to watch your favorite movies.

Escape for the night to the oversized master bedroom featuring a king Tempurpedic memory foam electric adjustable bed, a 65-inch award-winning Vizio TV w/Sonos surround system, a finished walk-in closet, and the top of the line $10,000 Human Touch Super Novo massage chair with two built-in Altec Lansing speakers. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual marble sink with a spacious walk-in shower and a stand-alone makeup table. You and your guests will be fighting over your daily massages and won't want to leave.

Two additional large, bright split bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and large TV's include ensuite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. One has a king Serta memory foam bed, and the other one has a queen bed. No bedroom shares a wall, and all the doors are solid core and oversized.

Victoria Park is a friendly, tree-shaded neighborhood anchored by two parks and connected mainly by sidewalks and easily traversable streets. It is an easy walk to Las Olas Boulevard's famous shops, nightlife, and restaurants. Another few blocks are the riverwalk and the water taxi that can take you to all that Fort Lauderdale offers.

Take the three-block walk to the massive Fort Lauderdale Holiday Park with the Jimmy Evert Tennis Center featuring 18 lighted clay tennis courts offering instruction, ball machine, lessons, and classes open to the public. Take advantage of the many outdoor concerts, pickleball courts, gym, playground, fitness stations, bridge club, twice per week evening dance classes ($11.50 per class), rec center, basketball courts, and much more. Available to use at the property: A new soccer and basketball, a set of four pickleball racquets, four top-quality Trek/GT mountain bikes with racks, bags, and lights, and various board games.
